Polyurethane applications in construction

The systems of polyurethane which manufactures formulations are called POLIFORMA. They are aimed at all sectors, although the most important applications are the polyurethane in construction and industry, to which they provide technical solutions that would be much more costly and less effective with other products.

In construction, our systems are present in various forms:

Screening

It is an in situ application with specific spraying machines, which provides the home with continuous insulation, avoiding thermal bridges and, in turn, providing fast and durable waterproofing. All thanks to continuous projection, where the material adheres completely to the surface and where there are no joints. It also corrects masonry faults, whether in bricks or mortar. Depending on the application, both in cladding and roofing, foams of different densities are applied, ranging from 35 to 50 Kg/m3 of density. These are the standards; other densities can also be realised if the work requires other densities.

Panels

The panels are used in roofs, facades and cold stores. The so-called "sandwich" of polyurethane can be combined with different materials, giving rise to sandwich-veneer, sandwich-wood, etc. panels. They achieve a fast and durable insulation and an enormous versatility that allows technicians to provide design without having to give up the high qualities offered by this material. The panels for cold rooms optimise space and allow a fast and safe execution.
